Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order items
- Hazardous materials
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been installed or used
How to Return
- Contact our customer service to obtain an RMA number
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to our returns center (address provided with RMA)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
